PIT 18: From Renting at 16 to 3 properties by 25 with Laura Chugg

Laura Chugg first started paying rent from the age of 16. Ever since then – out of necessity to begin with – she’s been magnificently obsessed with managing money smartly.

From the early days of earning $5.88 per hour to now coaching and helping people invest in real estate, Laura has seen a wave of change and growth.

With investment properties in her portfolio that have quadrupled in value (buy well never sell), and a raft of lessons learnt along the way, Laura shared with us some her most powerful Property Investor Tales.

We discuss –

4:29 – Renting at 16 and buying before 20

6:24 – Earning $5.88 per hour

10:13 – Property doesn’t stuff up, people do

20:05 – Understanding the importance of a team of people working for you

25:30 – The dangers of sitting on the fence
