UPI 89: Is Affordable Real Estate Dead?

This is another show where my neighbour is doing my head in! So pardon me if my tone gets a little gruff in this episode!

So Australia has come out as the second most unaffordable country in the world to buy property.

Many of people are scratching their heads on how to make real estate more affordable for the Australian people. Is this achievable? And if so, how?

A recent parliamentary report has been released, with 16 recommendations to make real estate more affordable. Reports like this give us an idea what the pollies are thinking, so we can be a contrarian and find real estate that creates wealth.

And so much more!
