The Property Summit will be held from Friday, June 13th, 2025, to Sunday, June 15th, 2025. Sessions on Friday are from 1-5 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 3:30 pm. Special events and networking opportunities will take place after hours.
The event will take place at the JW Marriott in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland, offering an exceptional backdrop for learning, networking, and growth.
Registration and Tickets
Registration is available through our official website. Tickets are priced at $1,995. This investment includes a full weekend of events, learning, and networking opportunities.

On-site parking is available at the JW Marriott for $24 per day and street parking close to the hotel. We encourage carpooling or using public transportation to ease travel.
For those flying in, Brisbane Airport and Coolangatta Airport are your best options. From Brisbane Airport, you can take a train to the Gold Coast and a short taxi or ride-share to the hotel. From Coolangatta Airport, it’s a straightforward taxi or ride-share trip to the venue. Car rental services are available at both airports for those preferring to drive. We recommend booking your flights early to secure the best rates and ensuring you have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful Gold Coast.

Absolutely! Attendees will be provided with lunch and afternoon tea On Friday and morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea across Saturday and Sunday.
The summit is designed with networking in mind. Apart from the structured sessions, special after-hours events will offer ample opportunities to connect with fellow investors, the 6-Star Team, and guest speakers.
