The Property Summit will be held from Friday, June 21st, 2024, to Sunday, June 23rd, 2024. Sessions on Friday and Saturday are from 8 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 8 am to 3 pm. Special events and networking opportunities will take place after hours.
The event will take place at the JW Marriott in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland, offering an exceptional backdrop for learning, networking, and growth.
Registration and Tickets
Registration is available through our official website. For The Exit Plan Clients there’s tickets included in your program using the coupon code we provided you. Additional tickets are $995 per person. This investment includes a full weekend of events, learning, and networking opportunities PLUS extra Exit Plan bonus activities.

Accommodation and Travel
Yes, we’ve partnered with both the JW Marriott and QT Gold Coast to offer summit attendees a massive reduction on room rates if they book now. Please book through the link provided or mention The Property Summit when booking to receive this discount.
On-site parking is available at the JW Marriott for $20 per day. We encourage carpooling or using public transportation to ease travel.
For those flying in, Brisbane Airport and Coolangatta Airport are your best options. From Brisbane Airport, you can take a train to the Gold Coast and a short taxi or ride-share to the hotel. From Coolangatta Airport, it’s a straightforward taxi or ride-share trip to the venue. Car rental services are available at both airports for those preferring to drive. We recommend booking your flights early to secure the best rates and ensuring you have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful Gold Coast.
During the Event
Absolutely! Attendees will be provided with lunch and afternoon tea on Friday, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea on Saturday, and morning tea and lunch on Sunday.
The summit is designed with networking in mind. Apart from the structured sessions, special after-hours events will offer ample opportunities to connect with fellow investors, the 6-Star Team, and guest speakers.
