30-Day Change of Mind: If you’re not completely satisfied with our services, including Onramp and The Exit Plan you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply submit your request in writing, and we will process the refund using the same method of payment you initially used.

Additionally, our digital products and services come with consumer guarantees that automatically apply under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These guarantees ensure that our offerings meet certain standards that cannot be excluded.

If you believe that Onramp, The Exit Plan, or any of our other services fail to meet the ACL consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law, separate from our 30-day change of mind guarantee.
